As a senior softball player, I found it disappointing that there weren't many (if any) websites that were dedicated to the teams and players. Sure, the various associations have their website where they may have a message board, brackets, and some hotel information. Some do what they can to post results and maybe you'll even find a picture or two.
But haven't you felt that there could be so much more? That's what I'm hoping to accomplish here.
You see, I love the game of softball and at times wish I could suit up, grab my glove and hit the field. But the many years of playing and abusing my body caught up with me and I've been regulated to being a fan. Still wanting to be involved in this great sport, I started thinking about what I could to re-engage with the senior softball community.
So I pitched my ideas to my wife and next thing I knew, she was in and here we are.
